The Radio 1 website has been redesigned. I think I like the old design better, but there is something truly noteworthy in the new setup: an archive. You can't go too far back, but you can at least listen to this week's shows whenever you want - no more waiting for Friday 1am GMT.
OPENdj is a pretty cool project that allows anyone to broadcast live on the OPENdj channel. I've seen other "Be your own dj" type websites but they don't offer real-time broadcasting. I like the idea behind OPENdj. There are many good internet radio stations but I've never seen one where the broadcasters are in different locations. Until now it's always been the listeners that have been spread around, while the broadcasters have always had to drive down to the physical station somewhere. This one is non-permanent on both ends.
